Where do we begin. Front sliding do not work. Require manual push. Room was filthy and unpleasant odor. Phone had visible dirt and grunge. Night table had sticky substance on top and on drawers. Love seat was grungy. Carpets were not clean. Bedspread was old and grungy. The bed was more like a full size instead of queen. Only positive was sheets and pillow cases were clean. Cannot say the same for pillow and extra blanket in dresser drawer. Could not wait to get out of there in the morning. Bad place.

Positive: I was traveling for business. It was close to where I needed to go. Negative: Carpets very dated, hallways/public areas smelled of cigarette smoke, heater in room had loud rattle, shower head only half worked, bathroom fan did not work. Offered to tell hotel staff issues but was told manager was not there.

Best place. We hit a deer and were brought here by the tow truck. Everyone on staff was amazing! The room was clean and neat, the lobby was clean. In the morning Kate gave us toothbrushes and even a muffin for breakfast. She and the rest of the staff were outstanding, they went over and above at making us comfortable at a very challenging time.

Positive: The friendliness of the staff. Location of the motel. Cleanliness of hotel,landscaping. Room was a good size, handicapped accessible, shower didn't have a "ledge" to step over. Staff was very helpful in all requests. I had an enjoyable stay.
