Great organization to work for if you're not a black member of Michelle Digisio's team. She's racist and I've watched my mother's health deteriorate from being bullied and gaslit. Nobody in charge is stopping this woman from wreaking havoc on black subordinates. She even told a black male subordinate in a hoodie that he looked like he'd rob her. I'm tired of having no choice but to sit back watch this woman terrorize my mother and get away with it. Dina Dini is Michelle's brown-nosing sidekick who does Michelle's work to the point where she tries to boss her co-workers around like she's a poorly trained supervisor. I know this is a government funded program and I'm sure those that fund it wouldn't like to know that racist white women are making it an extremely toxic environment for black workers.

I would like to send a big thank you and heartfelt happy new year to the community health action organization, we received a beautiful Christmas gift basket and I wanted to tell you it made my Mother's Day, it is important for the seniors to feel special especially on the holidays, and this brought a big smile to her face. I wanted to reach out and tell you, thank you so much for all the work that you do and have been doing to help my mother, our case manager vanilla is a sweetheart and is always there when we need her, thank you again for the thoughtful and caring gift God bless you all

All they do is take peoples medicaid information and bill it for years. yet you NEVER receive any services from them. This place is a SCAM.

They do the rapid response test so you would get your results immediately same day usually takes less then 15 minutes. Whatever you do go here, don't go to planned Parenthood. Bc of budget cuts from the federal government and the president mostly, planned Parenthood had to ditch their crisis counsoler, I had a client ask them what happens if someone comes back positive they told her, "we usually don't tell them the results in person, we let them go home and in about an hour or two after they leave we call them on the telephone to inform them they are positive." Please, community health action is the place to go
Here at this location or any community health action location. Try the mobile health bus located across the street from western beef on bay street every Tuesday from 7 am to 11am and then it moves in Canal St in Stapleton in between the Library and Bay Street. Or you can go to this location, the one across the street from here @ 57 Bay, or the location @ 166 Port richmond Avenueb
Go to Western beef on Tuesdays from 7 am to 11am and then canal St in Stapleton from 12pm to 3 pm on Tuesdays
