They have an entire section that is entirely Japanese media. Lots of manga. Some American literature. I bought two used books that are in great shape and were like $6/each. An excess of travel and cook books.
FLUFFY GAMER
Book Off is my go to. They are always getting new inventory and the prices are awesome. Highly recommend.

I go to Bookoff mainly for the books, not the collectables and tech stuff, but this place has so much to offer. There are PLENTY of dollar books (mostly due to multiple copies). There is a huge YA and kids section. For used books, they can be expensive, but there are tons of affordable ones and they are all in great shape. You can truly get lost looking through here! You can resell your own books here, and though you dont get back too much, they do base it on some sort of percentage of what the books currently go for. The staff is friendly and on weekends it can be super busy. Lots of food and shopping located in the same plaza. Happy book hunting!

I'm from out of town and found this place randomly next to my sister's house. I wanted to visit a local retro video game place and was surprised to find this place... Purchased several Japanese and American retro games and affordable prices. Books were used but were in amazing condition. You can't go wrong with the dollar shelves. Lots of great selection. Will definitely be back when I am in town.

Yeah, they do. But make sure they're in working order. Don't try to chuck your unplayable stuff on them. That's not cool, maan.
They have the series i believe, so I would only assume the movie is there as well. Saw some Bebop stuff there today before my flight.
They don't have a database of the stuff they sell, you need to go over there and look for the titles you're looking for.
They don't take any academic textbooks
Nor sure if they list books online. But they do not list DVD's since there is a lot of turn over.
you do not need to make an appointment, ive sold ample of times. u need a valid goverment I.D as for the prices I'm not sure, ive only ever sold figures which are worth more
They probably do, if you call and ask they would be able to help you
You can take in books DVDs, video games, and more. You can get cash for it . But your not going to get the cash that you think. They sell mostly used DVDs and video games in great condition.
They do have a lot. You should just stop by.
They limit the amount of people in the store. 6 ft distance is maintained. Hand sanitizer is available. Plastic protection at the cash registers.
I know they sell them so I wouldn't be so quick to say no.
Yep I'm pretty sure they do.
Their inventory is different from one day to the next. You never know what you're going to find there which is the best part.
They have a lot of TV series but not sure if they have that one sorry
I'm merely a customer of the store. They have a wide variety of movies. Both on DVD and Bluesy. But you really need to go to the store to see what they have.
Not something I look for as I already have one but they do sell a wide variety of gaming consoles so I'm sure they would have a PS3 or two on hand.
I dont but you will find it most likely at Book Off, or FYE
They are very good at helping you with this type of questions, call them and they will check for you.
At this Book Off I ca not recall seeing VHS cassettes but that doesn't mean that they won't buy them. I would recommend calling and asking them.
They'll give you a quote for any number of items, I believe, they just may not give you an anoint your happy with than if you had sold them on, say, Ebay
I don't think they buy any academic textbooks, but when in doubt give em a call!
Bring it in and wait for them to appraise your collection.
Define similar. Do you want the used book option or the used electronics/gaming side? If books, I'd suggest your local library. They often have sales. I've actually asked to buy books the display! If you need used electronics, Amazon and best buy online have refurbished. And used games can also be found at Gamestop.
Agree with Samantha. Their inventory is always cha girl g.
You'd have better luck going to a pawn shop.
Just go. If they don't have that title they'll be sure to have something cool
They do have both and a fairly large collection too
I dont work there but call the number first..i brought my stuff and they gave me a decent price for my items.
as everything depends on how valuable they are with respect to their category but they pay well above normal
They buy tablets, laptops, TVs and most electronics. Also books, music, DVDs, Blu-rays, and video games and consoles. Oh and anime figurines and collectable items usually.
Sebas-chan, its prices are about what you expect in your question, between $2.50-$5.00, with possibly a few on the fringes higher. Happy Manga hunting!
I've never bought any but I have seen them for sale.
Since book off sells used there is no way to be sure whats in stock. I did notice a lot of tv series dvds of various seasons though.
For a resale store their prices are not cheap on accessories....i don't check out gaming things....but not cheap.
No limits just bring in good condition books and not to old ones
The have a pretty big selection of manga. I'm sure they have it.
Marukai has them, and it's only one block north.
You'd probably have to call them.
No
Yes. They might not always have the season you're looking for, but they have a pretty good selection of popular anime to choose from.
yes. the left side of the store looks more like a pawn shop than a book store.
They did when we were there, I think. I don't remember the price. I hope they respond, if not, give them a call.
