These people are ridiculous! Like come on now! Why are the Spanish people treating the black people so messed up?? Aren't they black just like us or blacker than us?? The lady at the front deck with the knee brace has to be stopped! She's rude and beratingly disrespectful it's almost like she thinks we are children. If I could give zero stars I would. Because it's ridiculous it 2022 why is the world still operating in a time that we have passed or will America be racist forever! This has to stop! Amazing agency! We’ve gone thru a few agencies to find care for my dad and Special Touch by far has been the best. From the coordinators, who have been respectful, professional and caring to the aides that have been so nice and actually do their jobs. So happy we finally found them. If you are looking for good care for your loved ones, I would highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional and don't care about your time.. I went into the office and filled out paperwork they took all my information made copies .. They had three people looking over everything.. had me fill out everything to hire me .. and then had me sitting there for two hours asking me everything that I just filled out on the paper instead of reading the paper ... even had me go to a second drug screening and the one i gave them is only a month and half old .. The lady who took my information text me all day the next day about the same information that I just went and spoke to them about and that they made copies of .. Now after all of this she texts me and says they can't accept the certificates that I've worked off for over 6 years since i lost my originals moving which I explained to them when i first came in .. And all she keeps texting me now is that she can't go over the rules.. which I never asked her to do I'm trying to understand how do you and two other people there go over someone's paperwork .. accept it make copies .. even scheduled me for orientation and now three days later it's a problem .. waste of time!!!!

Not a good company to work for they don't pay enough money $15 an hour is not what anyone should get paid to take care of someone, especially when you have to work under various conditions. Also they cheat you with taxes, I've submitted my tax form twice informing them I want the max amount of taxes taken out on line 5 of the w4 form. Payroll tells me I have to tell them a specific amount. Of all the jobs I've worked never had I had to specify an amount. NY state tells the company and they are suppose to be the ones to take it out based on your earnings for that week.

Good Evening Neisha! We are saddened to hear that you did not receive your pay on the day you anticipated it. We 100% understand where you are coming from (I know I would be less than happy if I did not receive my pay on time). However, we have been in operation for 40+ years and process payroll weekly for a staff of more than 4500.
