I won't go here anymore. They never have my medication, and sometimes they don't even bother to call me to let me know. So post-knee operation I'm on crutches having to crutch it to another Publix because I walked in for a common anti-inflammatory that they didn't have and didn't let me know about until I got there at 6pm.

Monica Ortega not sure last name is very rude to customers. Not once but on several occasions. Today I left a prescription, came back 35 min later and she sarcastically told me “ I said 45 minutes so...”. Condescending way to speak with customers. She does not represent Publix well.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
