I am saddened by some of the terrible reviews below,I would be dead without this place.They have helped me immensely in every way,Bill,Lizzette, my counselor and one of the head guys are always there for me and I could go to them and confide about ANYTHING without fear of repercussions .Jasmine and Wandy run a group I’ve been in for over 5 years and this group is family.The lines stopped being long and your in and out quickly.Lastly the nursing staff including Kim are wonderful and Matt the director always has time for you.Ellie,Paul and Bree are all excellent choices in counselors to have. Point is they all care.

There is never a guard in every area of the building. They leave the front door and top level unattended a lot. Unsafe environment for children. Needles and bags all over ground. Most staff from nurses to counselors to supervisors, make it well aware they think less of you and could care less about your life. "Not my problem" attitude

Calling here is a nightmare. I left voicemails on every department and no one responded to my calls, ever. Confirming services for patients from other agencies, even gubernamental agencies is impossible!!!
