We checked in 6/20/2020. We had the manager and the groundskeeper helping us pull into the space. It was difficult because the front of the space was directly on a spring/swamp and had huge ruts where others have gotten stuck before us. When we got there it was a dry day but in front of the campsite (#155) was a mud hole. The manager said they were waiting for gravel to be delivered at anytime to fix it. We stayed in the campground for 3 weeks then our jobs changed so we informed them 3 days before we left that we were moving. Again, it was difficult getting out because of the swamp directly in front of us as no gravel was ever delivered. She said she just had to read the meter and give her an address of where to forward the rent overage since we paid up through July. We left 7/10/2020 so we knew we had a small refund due. When we hadn't received it I contacted them and was told that because of the mud/rut holes in front of the campsite they were keeping all of our money to repair the site. We are travel nurses and live out of our camper. We have been to many campgrounds all over America and this is the only one we have ever had issues with. It is run down and shady - beware!
