I was a resident in 1957, age 3-4 years old. Don't remember much. But don't remember it being a bad place. I actually live in Peekskill today. What a small world 🌎

The Franciscan sister's of Peekskill are not my sisers they are my Mother all of them had hand in making me a man. It brakes my heart to see them in there ending years struggling and in need of help shoe repair their living conditions I would like to ask the world to help them in their hour of need they are such beautiful souls I love them on and really miss living in the offing age since it closed in 79 they left me with such beautiful memories I am so proud of The Franciscan sisters of Peekskill God bless them all.

Are you still holding the Advent Retreat scheduled for today, Dec. 2, from 9:30 to 2:30? Snow may continue all day making it difficult for travel.

Yes they do. Gorgeous chapel. There is a wonderful priest who was ordained 61 years ago, and another younger one from Ireland.
