The receptionist told me that I owed $950 towards my deductible, when I should only owe a $50 copay. I called United Healthcare and confirmed that I only owe a copay. The receptionist just was reading what the system said, so We proceeded to speak with two other people from the the billing department who keep referencing United Healthcare’s website instead of calling up and speaking to someone to figure this out. 45 minutes went by and we still had no answer so the billing department suggested to have the procedure and figure it out afterwards. Fingers crossed!

Yes! We have an open MRI for some scans and depending on what kind of scan you need, an extremity MRI. You can check out pictures on our website or feel free to call us so we can walk you through scheduling an appointment.

Yes! Our office will be open on MLK Day. We are typically open on Mondays from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m., but it's best that you call our office directly at 212-288-1575 to discuss the type of appointment you need because not all tests are performed during those hours.
Yes, depending on what type of scan you need, we have an open MRI and an extremity MRI. Your results can be emailed or faxed to as many physicians as you'd like. Hope this was helpful! Please feel free to call us for more information.
For the time being, we do not perform ultrasounds on Sundays. However, we have very convenient hours Monday-Saturday (early morning, evenings) and are happy to help with scheduling an appointment if you'd like to call and speak to one of our schedulers.
