Horrible customer service!!! I work with doordash this store by far the worst place. Staff has no idea what's going on how to complete orders and mostly!!! Yell and guest kick people out the store who have paid for online order are told to use drive thur window with 15 cars in line. Order from Oakwood location great staff ;)

We order online for portal access so we don’t sit in a long drive through to have a note on the door to go through drive through. This is very unprofessional and inappropriate. I have been sitting here 30 minutes while my food has been in the portal and now I have to wait longer.

The pizza is good but customer service is always bad. Several times I've ordered online and then when I arrive the door is locked. A sign will say working solo, even though after waiting 20+ minutes in drive thru, there is more than one person in there. I get emails saying my pizza is ready but still have to wait at window. People working for door dash try to walk to window to get their order ahead of you. We didn't let them, they need to wait like everyone else. The customers should take that up with the manager. People should be at least be able to access the portal if they've already paid. The last several experiences there makes me want to go elsewhere for my pizza....
