Went for a prenatal massage and was pretty disappointed. On their intake questionnaire they ask if you want a quiet atmosphere or chatting. I clearly marked quiet, but my masseuse talked the entire time. It felt rude not to respond, but also made it difficult to relax. Unfortunately, they also did not have pregnancy pillows that would allow me to lay on my stomach for the massage, so I rotated from one side to the other. There was also the issue of my 55 minute massage only being 40 minutes long by the time you fill out the form, go to the room, undress and wait. I used to love this place, but I doubt I’ll be back for another massage at this point. If you’re pregnant, don’t waste your money on a massage here. There are plenty of other places that will do a far better job, with better pregnancy specific tools, and respect your desire for quiet relaxation.

What an oasis this is! Donna, the owner, sets such a beautiful atmosphere for her massage clients. Each room is very comfortable and relaxing with soothing music and nice lighting as well as Victorian style decor. I have received services here from 1-3 times per week for over one year due to my medical condition and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They have helped me get on my feet again. Donna is highly experienced in her massage skills as well as lymphedema massages, foot baths and mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Serenity provides a variety of other services as well as couples' massages and spa treatments which they make extra special for the couple. The business is very sanitary. The gift shop is a treat in itself, with so many varieties of teas, teapots, soaps, jewelry and an array of items that are sure to please a woman. They also have wonderful gourmet chocolates. Donna as well as Michael upfront treat you professionally, but also like family, and have the best customer service! I highly recommend this place!!

This place is simply amazing the massage therapist are nothing but professional. Our massage therapist catered to every need of ours making sure we felt refreshed by the time we left. The owner herself took it upon herself to go above and beyond for us including giving us free hot tea and cupcakes to make us feel even more relaxed as we continued with our spa day. The personalities and vibes as you walk in guarantees you will have a great experience and you defiantly get what you pay for. This is a classy establishment and affordable for most. It is simply worth every penny. I will be going back without a doubt.
