DO NOT USE THEM. I have never had a more unpleasant experience with a cleaning service EVER. If I could post 0 stars I would. If you are cleaning a rug, they will RUIN YOUR RUG and refuse to take responsibility or reimburse you for the cost of the rug. They are RUDE and do not care about your items. I contacted them to have a rug cleaned, first by calling. I told the woman over the phone that I have a very expensive rug bought in Morocco that is very delicate and the colors will bleed if water is used. I asked her if there was a way to clean it just with air or if it needed to be dry cleaned and she said that they send their rugs to a specialty cleaning service and she would check with him and call me back later that day by a certain time. That time came and went and she never called me back, I had to call back three times to even get a response. Finally she said the specialist would know how to clean it without damage and that I could come by to drop it off. I just picked up the rug and it's totally ruined. They used water even after I specifically told the first woman on the phone not to. The colors have all bled and the piece is ruined. I cannot even tell you how angry and sad I am. I wish I had NEVER come here. Again, they said they would call me back to let me know if anything could be done to fix it and now they're saying it'll be a week before getting my response. I called back for an update this morning and this HORRIBLE woman on the phone basically told me it was my fault and that I never told them not to use water, which is wildly incorrect. She yelled at me that there wasn't a cleaning service that didn't use water, which was the REASON I was asking in the first place. I am not a cleaning service, that's THEIR job. If they had told me from the start that they would use water, I would have just cleaned it myself. She was rude and nasty and had no understanding that she just RUINED an original piece that cannot be replaced. I am beyond furious and devastated. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have had several dresses modified here and I love them. Today I brought my daughter just 2 weeks before her prom and they were able to pin her dress with adjustments and have it ready in a week for me. The tailor was knowledgeable and SUPER nice! If you need a tailor, they are awesome!
