Horrible customer service. Just keep saying call back in 2 weeks. Refuses to follow their policy and procedures. Tells you it's not appropriate to involve a lawyer to make a dead beat mom pay 6000 in child support when she fled to avoid it. Sad really. FOLLOW UP: mom was charged, warrant for arrest, prosecutor let her walk with a promise to pay and they would monitor her. Guess what? Two payments late on that agreement and walking free. Great job dss. Folks dont waste your time on calling these people. They just need bodies in the chairs so they can pretend to do a job.

The MO DSS does not function well. It is designed to be as inefficient as possible. Long hold times. Rude and disrespectful workers that are racist and discriminatory. I was hung up on and lied to about my case. It is a nightmare to deal with them if you need services.

Can never get a hold of an actual human to speak to. The automated system just sends you around in circles. Finally got transferred and waited on hold for 2 hours and no one ever answered. Ridiculous!

I have my EBT downloaded on my phone I ran and it put everything in there supposed to and waited and it popped up on the top of my phone red and said something about the state so what is going on and how can I fix it to get it going
