We have used their service for approx. a year. Bailey have always did a great job and was always friendly. The owner on the other hand is a different story. Customer loyalty and customer service does not mean a thing to her. She raise her voice to us in front of employees and other customers. The response by this owner obviously took time to construct. However her version is far from what actually transpired. She appears not to own up to any and all mistakes that she makes, but is the first to point her finger and place all blame on the customer. Furthermore we would like to add that if you take the time to read other reviews, you will see a pattern in her responding to negative reviews. That every reviews she states that they have either never been there or it is the customers fault. Not one time will she take responsibility for their mistakes, always pointing the finger and passing blame no different than our government. I am glad that she took the time to respond by writing a novel and giving a false side.
