Called to have C-PAP supplies re-orderes and to inquire about a new machien. My questions were answered in the manner of rebuttals instead of attempting to help. I was transferred to the "warehouse" to Amy, who also exibited a very rude and condescending tone. When I mentioned that she spoke in a curt way, she simply ignored my complaint and closed the call. I'm looking for a corporate chain to escalate this to.

The billing dept is a disaster. They don't return calls. Then they throw you into collections when they don't want to deal with the mistakes they made. Don't believe it when they tell you they take insurance. Really sad that they're still in business. Diane needs to be fired!!!!

This business is the worst! Employees hang up on your calls constantly and are not helpful at all. Orders are late or are shipped worng. I've been trying to order my cpap supplies for 9 business days. They say they will call back but never do. I call and I'm placed on hold then they hang up on you. Please shop elsewhere!
