A hidden diamond, Rocking the Boat provides access to the water + education to both the public and local students. The boat building program is innovative and is changing lives. If you live in the area, or have to travel to get here, it’s worth the trip. Everyone is welcome. The community RtB haS created is the something special.

This is a great place for children to come into their own. It fosters confidence, teamwork and a great sense of pride! I thank God for providing the organization and staff as being a part of our Village.

Wonderful work with young people being done here! Thank you, Adam, for creating this incredible organization, teaching boat building, rowing and sailing to young people and doing environmental repair on the Bronx River.

Hello Rebecca. My names Dovonah and I am a member of rocking the boat and happy to help. You are accepted into the student program the moment you turn in your application, the only way you would not be accepted is if, 1) theres no room in the program(we usually always have room) or 2)you are not a high school student.Even when there is no room in your selected program they will simply move you to a program that has space(there are 3 programs that make up Rocking the Boat). No problem!😊

my son is in the 9th grade. How does he join and what does membership entail. We are residents of the bronx just a few blocks away from concrete park
