Bus R303 drove the wrong way down Midland Ave to illegally pass stopped traffic where there was no sidewalk and almost struck me. The dispatcher told me she didn't have to listen to nonsense and hung up on me. That's right, a bus driving against traffic almost striking a pedestrian is nonsense to the staff at Royal Coach Lines

We hired 2 buses to transport our wedding guest from Sheraton Tarrytown to The Briarcliff Manor. The school buses were clean and air-conditioned and the drivers were nice and arrived on time. Booking was easy with Maribel Valasquez. She was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I hope this review helps any brides out there looking for wedding transportation. It was alot of fun and nostalgic being on a yellow school bus again. Thank you Maribel and Royal Coach Lines...

Obviously they don't care when people complain about their bus drivers and I have emailed them about this problem before. I am constantly driving behind bus R174 on route 22 and route 100 and he doesn't like to use the gas peddle. I understand driving safely but at least do the speed limit. He's constantly driving 10-15mph below the speed limit and has a line of cars following him. You have a choice to stay behind him or go around when the road allows you too. Oh yeah, he also has a headlight out but I know you won't acknowledge this.
