The flatbed arrived very quickly to tow my disabled sedan and the service was professional and efficient. The driver JOHN was AMAZING! He was polite, calm, pleasant and full of suggestions, tips and shared his knowledge! My driver applied care toward myself, my car and showed kindness not often displayed! We just needed a tow because of a flat tire, and they dropped our minivan off the tow truck. They did not fully fix ALL OF the issues that were caused, as they stated that they would. It has cost us many hundreds of dollars to fix the van because they dropped it. We had just bought the van, and it was in great condition - but over the past several months, the differential locked (which almost killed our entire family), both axles had to be replaced, the van is loud because of the cracks where the the manifold connects to the engine, and there were several parts that needed to be replaced near/around tires (sway bar, connectors near the joints). We trusted them to make it right and they took advantage of us by fooling us because we are not mechanics. We tried to be nice and not involve the insurance companies, but they completely fooled us and stated that they were going to fix EVERYTHING that was created, but only fixed 1 single thing (approximately $50 worth of work). Do not trust them - any of the employees, and especially the owner! We have a child and we are now in debt because of this specific incident. We were already broke, but this has destroyed us financially and has caused significant stress in our lives. Do not use this service, or be very cautious. If they make a mistake - HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE, WITH A POLICE REPORT, EVIDENCE, AND MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT SCAM YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They responded to this message after I initially posted it - The tow WAS NOT for a starter, IT WAS A FLAT TIRE! And it is a lie that we were given a rental car - WE WAITED IN THE PARKING LOT WITH OUR 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND WAITED FOR THE REPAIR - LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also have the repair bills from another shop only months after the incident - FOR A FRONT AXLE, CRACKED MANIFOLD, AND SEVERAL OTHER ISSUES WITHTHE FRONT END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was going to let it go, but now I am committed to ensuring that their business is affected!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE EVERYTHING - PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR PROOF AND I WILL GLADLY PROVIDE IT TO ANYONE.
