Dipti was so helpful during a hard time and the post office was no help but she was a life saver! It was unfortunate I couldn’t get a refund but cooperate is how it is sadly but still happy with the staff and the vibe in there was great. Fast and efficient help.

We recently shipped several highly breakable and valuable pieces of studio pottery (on behalf of a client) to an auction house located across the country. Dipti was very patient with all of our questions and assured us that the items would be carefully packaged. The auction house reached out to us to let us know that the pottery arrived in perfect condition and they made a point to comment on how carefully everything was wrapped. We would recommend Dipti and her team at the Fishkill UPS Store without hesitation -- especially if you need something special shipped.

Don’t waste your time (or money) here. This location apparently knows nothing about good customer service. They are too preoccupied with squeezing as much possible money out of you ($9 dollars to put a single piece of tape on a box? $200 to box up a laptop?) They made my pregnant wife carry a heavy box out herself because they wouldn’t give her a single 12” piece of tape to seal a box without charging her. They’re excuse is they can’t give away tape to everyone. Cost of doing business is understandable, but what about the cost of losing business? Don’t take my word for it, go look at all the other reviews…”where there is smoke”….

The manager was rude, loud, and obnoxious. She explained that my Amazon return needed to be packaged by the customer. I was not aware of that, however I did manage to fit the item in the box it came in but it barely fit and wasn't taped. She said she'd be willing to work with it but she'd have to charge me $4.99+ for tape. I understand the rules are the rules but it's not what you say it's how you say it. And she spoke the same way to her employees. The nice man who helped me was Jingham and he was so nervous poor guy. Don't give these people your business. Go elsewhere. If you have a customer service job then you need to have a friendly attitude even if you're busy.
