I have used this post office more than the one in my home state. I have been served well with priory mailing and delivery. They show you the tracking code for deliverery and it arrivee to me and to my gran in 3 days. I just love our postal system.

Attempted to track a package internally that got lost. Unfortunately, they said they could not and they don't have any information they could provide. Sad this is the level of 'help' from the post office. If something doesn't get delivered, you're pretty much stuck. Oh well package. And the person who answered the phone was rude and hurried to end the call.

I believe that usps has suspended delivery to Australia at the moment.
Go to the Postmaster in Mohegan Lake if you can. She was very nice and super helpful. Totally unlike most post office employees i have ever experienced. If you call you can probably get her on the phone. She was little tough at first but be nice and she really warmed up and couldn't have been more helpful.
