Been here twice, and each time has been way less than desirable. The issue isn't the taste or quality of the food. The issue is kitchen confusion and what seems to be lack of staff. The first time we went, it took forever to get our food. The servers were kind and communicated well, and we understood for a moment. Yet, you do reach a point where you begin growing frustrated. The second time was recent and it took forever to get our food, but also my two youngest were totally forgotten about. They forgot to make their dishes. Also, my oldest son's pizza was wrong. It was just a mess. Yeah, a manager talked to us, apologized, and gave a discount on our bill. Still, 2 out of 2 times going to the same Brixx (a few months apart) and still having issues? We won't be back.

Waiter was very attentive. I ordered the pasta pomodora with penne instead of angel hair pasta, which made it 100 times as good.

Craig's Corner Office

Had a vegan cheese pizza with caramelized onions and the drink if the day... tasted great! Service was great and very convenient to the highway. Great stop!!!
