I have been going to Dr. Klafter, for few years now. He has been treating me for Cervical Dystonia. He is very knowledgeable in what he does, very caring to his patients. Also, if he is running behind, he always come to the room and apologized. I am blessed to have him as my Neurologist. God bless him and his family.

Worst staff and worst care i have ever experienced. i have been trying to get Dr Klafter see my husband for a new diagnosis for almost 3 weeks. Everytime i call i leave a voice message and they call back saying that Dr klafter will need to review my husband’s medical records and they will call us back once he is done! I do not know why it takes all of that time to call us to set up an appointment!

If I had the option I would have given no stars. I have been waiting to schedule an appointment with this doctor for over a month. I was constantly told that the doctor needed to review my records from my primary doctor in order to schedule an appointment, well how long it take for a "doctor" to read review notes? I have found another Neurologist and it only took one day to book an appointment.
