Their still doing no cleaning due to Covid however I didn’t know that meant public areas too. You’ll be waiting on the phone trying to book an reservation for 5-10 minutes, which is ridiculous. The manager Samantha is absolutely rude. When asking simply questions she seem anxious and irritated. Truthfully if they revived a different manager I feel as tho this hotel could be a nice. However Melvin at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Clean, updated, spacious rooms. I like there's a "market" in the building for snacks that may have been forgotten for the trip.. Having Starbucks coffee in the lobby is always an awesome feature. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just wish they had things in the rooms saying when the snack/drink bar closed. Or a list of nearby restaurants that delivered to the hotel.

The beds were comfortable, but that’s about all I can say that was good about our stay. The elevator was stinky and dirty the carpets were dirty. The marketplace in the lobby was expensive, and there wasn’t any breakfast. The hot tub was not only broken but full of algae. And the front desk was understaffed. Also, there wasn’t anything but a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance, unless you wanted to walk over a mile or cross the freeway on a bridge with no sidewalks.

I travel over 60,000 miles a year by vehicle and stay in many hotels. You can imagine the range of satisfaction or dis-satisfaction. The Marriott brand has never once made me feel anything but cared for. This particular Courtyard Marriott in Woodbury MN, however, employs not just great employees-but World Class level! From Melvin at the front desk smiling large under his mask to Marquette the housekeeping specialist providing me supplies for my extra day stay like I was a friend-I felt so cared for. More than that-I felt SAFE! Feeling safe makes for a better nights sleep and healthier guests! This property looked clean and smelled clean including the massive, outdoor patio with so many different seating options. Even the large windows in my room were crystal clean as I pulled back the drapes for a kiss from the morning sun! The shower was huge. The water pressure massaged me awake. A true treat! Paul Mitchell hygiene supplies are always a gift! So was the rich, in-room coffee! And such a quite room. I had neighbors but didn't hear a footstep! The in-room fridge kept my waters so cold. I loved the double mirrors on the closet door! The large TV could twist to be watched in many angles. To summarize, this property made me feel welcome, relevant, cared for, clean and safe! I'm so grateful for the staff here! Thank you!
