Nice clean hotel. A lot of minor things that add up. The pillow they have are pretty much worthless. Absolutely no support. Never had a pillow this bad before. The pool area is very small. The French doors for the bathroom are impractical as well as the bathroom having no fan. Reading lamps in everyroom don't work. They want you to eat at their restaurant so no continental breakfast, not even a muffin. 4 floors and only 1 ice machine that I saw. Staff is awesome though!

We booked the Sheraton St. Paul Woodbury Hotel for our guests' hotel stay for the weekend of our wedding. I worked with Jovanna during the planning phase - she was quick to respond to my emails with every question I had. We also reserved shuttles for our guests taking them to our wedding and back again. Our guests very much enjoyed their stay here and it was in such a convenient location for everyone. Our bridal suite there was beautiful. Note: the hotel states "pet friendly" but they let you know that pets are not able to be left alone in the hotel rooms - tough for our guests who traveled and assumed pets would be ok there. Overall, I would encourage others to utilize this hotel for their guests!

Positive: First time at a Sheraton, and definitely won't be the last! Room was clean and super comfy, my dog agreed. Staff was great and it's very pet friendly without smelling like pets. I was given a room right by the exit to the dog "bathroom"

Clearly have a back up plan before staying here. I booked a suite because we have two set of twins to only find out that they completely changed my reservation with no explanation phone call or anything. Manger didn't seem to care much and no one tried to fix the situation. I book my reservation well in advance. It was booked September 2021. I hope I never have to book here again. I didn't even want to give it a star. Please have a back up plan!
