This used to be a decent GI, but this year it has gone downhill. I have now been attempting to get my medically necessary prescription refilled for over a month. I have called multiple times and my pharmacy has reached out multiple times and we cannot get the refill sent over, even though the office staff keeps telling me it is being taken care of. I was just on the phone with the front desk and they put me on hold and never came back. I waited 22 minutes but they didn’t come back so I hung up and tried to call again with no luck. I’m not sure what is going on but their organization doesn’t seem to be very great.

Hearing that I had to get an endoscopy and colonoscopy scared me so much. I had major anxiety but let me tell you Dr. Pothamsatty and his staff are amazing. First of all my prep was only 2 small bottles. I also called him on a Saturday and he answered all my questions before I started the prep. Once I got to the office the ladies that took care of me were so sweet and amazing. The anesthesiologist was also very nice and caring. It was honestly a breeze. I can't recommend him and his office/staff enough!
