Highly Recommend. I have had this company going on 3 years now. They were extremely easy to start service with. Every time I call they are nothing less than friendly. Their customer service is the best in the area. I wish all company representatives treated their customers the way the ladies at Suburban Propane do. I would recommend this company to anyone! 100% better than the other propane suppliers in the area.

Dealing with customer service was a little hectic to get things set up but service man that came out to install tank and hook things up was outstanding , knew what he needed to do , was very thorough and explained everything and was very polite and courteous, I believe his name was Jason

The new tanks you get today, already have had that test done! You can either buy a new tank or trade the old one in.
No we do not for DOT applications. State line in lindley or camping world in bath would be able to assist you.
You can drop your tank off at any time and then come back and pick it up. They're normal tank fill price is only $9.99 also
Typically it just means the valve on top of the tank has been turned off. You just need to lift the lid and turn it to on.
We fill RVs at our Chemung st location. We can set tanks at your campsite and hook up your rv.
