I went in with a $500 shopping list. Manager was rude, she followed me around the store like I was going to steal something.Mind you I have a company work polo on from my place of employment. When asked about limits of certain items, her response was short and hateful. I ended up leaving, only to have her stare me down from the entrance as I walked to my car. I went to a competitor. Ended up spending $500 there. Will not return.

I went to this location with my daughter, a teacher, to buy her a chair and other supplies for her room. The man my daughter was talking to was very helpful and considerate. He went in the back to get her chair. They didn't have the color she wanted do the manager comes out and behind giving my daughter a line that he can't sell her the chair at that price because it's online only. Furthermore he told her she would have to pay another $10.00 for him to get it out of the warehouse. He tells her she needs a chair mat to save the hydraulics in the wheels of the chair. Another add on. Hardwood floors are where the chair would be. He told her every time she sat down it would put a strain on the hydraulics. I looked at my daughter and asked how often she sits down being a teacher? The manager looked at me and said "Who's chair is this her's or your's" I told him he was rude and walked out. I was totally prepared to spend around $500.00 when I walked in that store. After the rude, overbearing manager, that looked like a mechanic , pushed his way into the situation my wallet and I walked out! No wonder so many Staples are closing! The workers are great but bad management looses customers.
