Best banking experience ever! Great service, rates, and protection from scam charges. Now live in Texas but maintain my Alaska USA Federal Credit Union account and use the Alaska Visa Card.

Needs more staff. Arrived at 10am and was second in line, still waited over 30mins for a simple transaction. The line behind me is huge... what happened to customer service AK USA? You've grown so big I guess now you just don't seem to care :/
