My absolute favorite nail salon in the Youngstown area. Never disappointed in a pedi or polish change. Massage chairs during pedi are awesome. Thanks ladies for always keeping my toes looking awesome.

The first time I came here I was actually acknowledged and seated almost right away and the lady helped me pick a color and was very sweet and did a good job on my nails… so I decided to come back because of the good experience I had. However the last time I went the complete opposite happened. I had an appointment scheduled I came right on time, signed in and waited. Everyone was working on someone… whatever not a big deal I’m sure I’ll get seated right away I have an appointment… but nope. I wasn’t even acknowledged. No one even looked up. That’s horrible customer service. I waited 15 minutes and left. I had an appointment I shouldn’t have had to wait that long let alone not even be acknowledged. It was a waste of my time. I recommend going to another salon where they actually acknowledge you. I hate leaving bad reviews especially since my first experience was so good but I have to with how horrible their customer service was that day.

Absolutely amazing place Melissa is absolutely fantastic swear this is the best acrylic set I've ever had in my entire life there incredibly gorgeous and I love them so much I cannot wait to see her again she's sweet and nice and great personality does a great job I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say
