Horrible experience here. Talked to Don. Real charmer. Hung up on me twice. He took my order and ended up special ordering the WRONG item. He also promised me they would cut it in 3 strips for me once it arrived. It arrived late and when I went to pick it up I realized it WAS NOT what he told me he’d order. It was 1/8” instead of thick 1/4” which would not work. He also told me they could NOT cut it like we agreed. Reminder...he hung up on me TWICE. Told me “go take your money elsewhere”. Can not BELIEVE customer service nowadays. I hope no one gives them any business.

Very pleased with their customer service as well as the quality workmanship. We had new lanai acrylic windows put in along with a French door. There was a defect on the door and this family run business made it right. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and they treated us like family. This company I would highly recommend!
