We recently moved to Ruskin so we started using the Sun City Center Chase Bank. The first time that we went inside, we needed to deposit a check and ask some questions. When we approached the counter with our check, the teller rudely told us that we could have used the machine to deposit our check. When I mentioned that we had a couple of questions as well, she was quite annoyed. We let that bad experience go. Yesterday was our second bad experience with this branch. We needed to add someone to our bank account so we went inside. The teller finished taking care of her customer and told us that she would be with us shortly. Instead of waiting until after she helped us, she grabbed a stack of checks and started stamping the backs of them. After standing there for a while, a lady from the back came out. She walked right between us and the teller. She didn't even acknowledge that we were there! (The suited gentleman in the corner wasn't any better.) After a long wait, we walked out and decided to drive over to the Chase Bank in Parrish where they know how to treat a customer! The upper management of this branch needs to wake up and address their rude staff at this branch! If this was my only experience with a Chase Bank, I would switch banks!

I've been an account holder at the SCC Branch since the day it opened. I've been very impressed by the branch manager (Hope) since then and I"m happy that she's still managing there as I'm always happy with the customer service provided by the tellers and advisors. Can't say enough about the branch.

My husband went through the drive thru. Waited 15 mins behind the car in front of him. The teller was new and screwed up a $25 money order. The other teller made him come inside and wait in line as she held his debit card and drivers license. From the time he waited in the drive thru to he made to wait in the lobby and for to go up there to figure out why it took so long, the teller messed up the transaction and they never have him an explanation as to why the wait was so long or a courtesy apology or explanation of what they were doing. They blamed it on system error. And the teller was completely rude by telling us that this was an inconvenience to her. And unfortunately I have to keep banking there.

Worst Chase branch & experience. Do not waste your time with this branch, they are rude and do not care about your time but will gladly make you wait 45 mins without any customers in the branch. Corporate - you should definitely look into this branch, not a good look for Chase…
