Upon arrival, the greeting from the older, short statured gentleman (with short, light-blondish hair who was working the front register, and logged under the name ‘Jason’), was not very welcoming. As a customer who arrives and orders well before this locations posted closing time, it’s unfortunate to be greeted with an employee who throws his hands up in the air, looks at you with a face of frustration/disgust and then proceeds to turn around before turning back around to take your order. After my order was placed, another man and young child (Father and Son, perhaps) - entered the restaurant and were greeted with the following (from the same man working the register) - ‘Great!.....More people!...’ With the understanding that there are hard days as employees employers here and there, I’m writing this review in hopes that there’s an opportunity to provide a refresher, training and room for improvement in customer service. The food was served in a timely manner, which I appreciate. (Although the fries ordered were very cold and undercooked, both of our burgers were decent but were of good quality).

One on the dirtiest places I have ever ate. It was so bad I almost walked out, I did not as I was with another party. Floor looked like it had not been cleaned in multiple day. Soda ares trashed. Tables dirty and greasy. I was warned by another party to not use the restrooms because they were unbearable. Parking lot had lots of trash. Noticed lots of structural damage .. walls banged up, parts of the wall missing in entire way. Booths torn up. I have never seen a smash burger like this. This whole awful experience Mind you didnt seem to me to be a staffing issue as that seems to be a thing now days. we were the only guest in the whole place that afternoon and seen 3 employees sitting around. They were sitting prior to us coming in, got up and took our order, made order and sat around some more. I couldn't wait to leave.

This was honestly one of the most bland disappointing meals in my entire life. It was flavorless & I got maybe 15 fries for a 14$ entree. Never tried smash burger before but I can tell you I have zero interest in ever going again after this experience if I could give a -10/10 I would, disgusting

Had to wait an excessive amount of time for food. Once finally received, it was all cold. The cook kept yelling at the front staff. I ordered 2 bacon smashburgers. One had no bacon and the other had one undercooked piece of bacon. Absolutely terrible! I would never eat here again.
