My last 3 experiences here have been terrible. The store is full of associates who are glued to their phones and don’t interact with you at all. I spent multiple minutes waiting at a register because the employee was too busy on their phone to look up and click the next button on the register, they did not speak to me ONCE the entire time I was checking out. this is just another business going downhill because they let teenagers run the place who don’t care about their jobs.

Went online to look for a turtle tank heater online the price for it was 19.99. I said I'll just go to the store to pick it up. I went to Petco in Waldorf and when they rang it up it was 39.21 so when I showed how much online they gave me that price , if I never would have challenged them on that price I would have ended up paying double. Bottom line the customer shouldn't have to check your website before making a purchase in your store, its bad enough on how much everything costs now and days so it kind of got me irritated.
