I really really really do love this place. Dr Newman is amazing at what he does and has a heart of gold!! The staff is so so friendly and hands on! They’ve always been super fast. My dog Ellie had a mouth tumor called epulis that we’ve been battling for over a year and dr Newman truly tried everything he could to help us. It’s worth the money going here that’s what I can say AND you can trust his opinion!! They don’t just want your money and don’t care about your pets they’ve proven to me they care about our pets and I’ll forever go to dr Newman.

I've been taking my 2 dogs and 1 cat here for over a year now and I've seen the same helpful/pleasant employees, we never have to wait more than about 15 minutes and I feel the care they receive is top notch. They always treat my animals like they are their favorites which means my animals enjoy their experience. There were times we spent 2-3 hours at the last vet and we were lucky if we saw the same doctor and techs.

My lab, Skipper, needed a Gastropexy surgery and I called a handful of hospitals looking for a doctor who could perform this surgery laparoscopically as it would be less invasive and an easier recovery for my wild 3.5 year old dog. I reached out to St. Charles and every communication starting from my first inquiry call to the front desk to a follow up call after surgery went so smoothly. The staff and especially Dr. Neuman are very informative and you can tell they love what they do. I was very impressed as a first time client here. Dr. Neuman’s communication was excellent and he answered a million of my questions honestly and professionally. I was very nervous as this was my dogs first surgery. The surgery went well for my dog! I’m so thankful for Dr. Neuman and his staff for making the process so simple. I would recommend Dr. Neuman for anyone that is looking to get an assisted laparoscopic gastropexy surgery for their dog. Thank you, Dr. Neuman and the St. Charles staff for exceeding all my expectations. Skipper was in good hands and I appreciate it !

When we take our kitties it's about $70 to $80 but in the coupon mailers they offer a discount coupon for a new patient. The staff there are great and talk to you about any concerns

To be honest, they did a price increase, and they are very high , its 700 dollars just to see your pet before they start doing anything , and you have to pay before they come get your dog out the car . so if you dont mind the cost then go for it .
They only see dogs and cats currently.
That's unfortunate to hear it's always a sad time when such time arises but I'd recommend calling and making an appointment for you ferbabby that way an appropriate action can be taken between you and your vet I don't represent the vet's office I've used them for services for my own for babies and they do very good I would recommend them they're very caring and very considerate people I'm sure they'll be able to help you and your time of need
We would be happy to help you, but since these diets are prescription, we would need to do a physical exam first before we are legally allowed to dispense the product or write an Rx. You obviously have read up on this subject. If you have a current vet, you could have them write that script for you.... Our "office visit" is for 30 minutes. At that time we would get a good history from you, review old history that you might be providing from your current vet, and do a good physical exam. That would cost you $82. Hope that helps!
