Aside from emailing them twice (per their request) and getting no response, we were disappointed for a couple of main reasons: 1. We asked if you had bread service, got confirmation, and then were charged $13 for bread (which was brought after our meals were delivered). That wasn't what we were asking/expecting. 2. The server forgot to take the order of one of the guests. He then mentioned because he accidently already submitted the order, the meal would come out before everyone else. The guest asked him to just hold it in the kitchen so everything could be delivered together. He confirmed. The guest's meal was then delivered well after everyone else's. The server didn't apologize. 3. One guest ordered Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken which ended up being more expensive than chicken parm, which felt odd. It also was tasteless compared to the other meals. 4. The server took so long to pick up the check, we had to extend our parking. We tried to waive both him and a manager down, but both (intentionally or unintentionally) ignored us. 5. The server nor anyone never asked how we enjoyed our meal or if checked in to see if we needed anything else. Overall, at the price point we were expecting much better service and were extremely disappointed.
