I do not cook (ever)…and I loved this class! We did the Pan-Asian class as a teacher team-building activity, and it’s the best one we’ve ever done. We all loved it. We were welcomed into the gorgeous kitchen space with glasses of wine and everything prepped. Chef Darin creates a relaxed and fun atmosphere that encouraged beginning cooks (me) and challenged experienced cooks in our group. Chef Darin showed us so many cool cooking tricks (techniques) from cutting mangoes and peeling kiwi to cooking fluffy rice in the oven. We ooh’d and ahh’d and laughed all night. Then we enjoyed a fabulous meal. Best teacher bonding activity ever!

This pastry class was amazing! Not only is the food delicious but I learned so much about making a variety of pastries and Chef Darin does an excellent job with demonstration. He is organized, professional and the classes are educational but lots of fun! I would highly recommend this class. This is a 2 day class and worth every minute. I can't wait to attend another class he offers.

Shrimp & Grits- What an amazing experience. Not only did we learn so much but we had so much fun. We come to Savannah all the time but this is a must do activity! Chef Darin is super knowledgeable, great atmosphere, meeting new people, great wine selection and the food was was delicious! Looking forward to doing it again!
