First of all I ordered off the app accidentally ordered pick up instead of delivery. Didn't get any notification saying ordered was ready. Went to go pick it up. Stood there for a minute tried to get a female employees attention. I stood and watch her use her phone with gloves on and continue to make a pizza. Said excuse me hello. A guy popped out of no where tried making a joke about not hearing the door. Pizza was closed in part of the box. Plus wings stuck to pizza box. Food not even hot. Will not visit this location again.

I currently live in Phoenix and last week I drove up to Pocatello to visit my daughter who goes to ISU. On Monday night we tried to order pizza with my free pizza rewards points on the Pizza Hut app. However, after I placed the order I got a phone call from one of the employees at your store to tell me that they only had thin crust. We don't like thin crust so I politely asked him to cancel our order, which he did, but when I tried to place a new order as a pick up from the 5th Ave store all of my free pizza points were gone since I "used" them on my now non-existent delivery order at the Yellowstone Ave store and they were no longer available to use on my 2nd order! It was very frustrating to try to get pizza that night since I had to drive to pick it up (which I know - first world problems) but I didn't want to drive since I had just spent 13 hours driving to Pocatello from Phoenix! I would like my points back if I can.

Ordered a large thin and crispy pepperoni lovers pizza. I specifically told the guy extra pepperoni and I was charged for it. The pizza had 12 slices on the whole pizza. We threw it out. And went to Domino's. How hard is it to apply pepperoni. I won't be back.

I've been ordering pizzas from there for a long time. I've always been happy with their service. My order tonight took a long time to be here but it's winter and the roads are bad. Plus they called me because they didn't have the drink I wanted and asked what I wanted instead. I thought that was very responsible of them to check. Good job

Store personnel wear masks and new gloves with every order. Once an order is completed, it is sealed with a sticker so that the buyer can be assured it is free of contamination while being handled.
