I have not been to an Applebee's in a long time. So decided to give it a shot. Service was good. I had a Tex Mex bowl with shrimp and it was delicious! A little bit of kick.

I was trying to find gluten free food options and ended up getting a tortilla soup. I ordered a bowl and it seemed like they have me about 1/2 cup of soup in the tiny bowl. I was very disappointed in the size for $5. How expensive is a bowl of soup to make? I felt like they could have at least provided a light meals worth of food.

Applebee's is a great place for family dinner. Prices are decent and happy hour specials are sweet! Beer can be a little watery and soft drinks are loaded with ice, but some of that is expected. Food is usually really good! Parking at the Shakopee location is extremely limited and the layout is odd. Definitely need a bigger parking lot!
