It's an old theater. Still has the uncomfortable style seats. People were nice, and on Tuesdays movies are $5 with $1 popcorn. Can't beat that.

$5 movies on Tuesdays(new included) with an 80-90's vintage look(my demographic) and great employees. No it's not a state of the art theater but it's so nostalgic, even my kids love it. Plus it's not crazy busy so that's a win for us.

We Love this theater!!! It has an 80's feel to it. Reminds me of being a kid. I think "Stranger Things" when I'm there. Sure you can't recline and get a steak but it's perfect for just going to see a movie.

Front and center: It's not the best, but it's special. The experience you get is well above the discount pricetag. Not much has been updated at this theater since it was built in the 90's, however at this point with it running as a discount theater this is actually a feature. Lots of quality neon and a vibe that's becoming increasingly more and more unique/rare (especially with the loss of the Hopkins Mann). The seating is dated, but again it fits with the vibe and is complemented with modern projection and sound systems. All of the employees, while understaffed, were very helpful and were doing everything they could to make my visit special. It's no high-end AMC, but probably the best value you'll find in the MSP metro.
