Just walked out of this hotel without even staying! There was a car sitting in the parking lot with half of its front end missing and people smoking right by the door. I was so nervous becasue I had my kids with but they wouldn't refund my money. Then we went upstairs to our room and didn't even get to the door because the upstairs smelled like pot and lot of pot! We turned around and left the keys on the desk and left!

Staff was very nice. Pool and hot tub as clean. The room itself was decently cleaned. The bed was hard as a rock. It sounded like it was going to break anytime you moved. There was only 2 pillows on the bed. There was a big stain on the sheet. And the towels were very hard and scratchy. Walls were very thin!!

Great room. Comfortable and clean. Recently renovated. Located close to Valley Fair. Had a broke down car in the parking lot looked like it's been there a while. Need better lighting in the pool area. Otherwise great price for what you get.

Staff was polite. The hallways smelt of Marijuana, the non-smoking room bedding old was a cigarette burn and stained sheets. I went and bought blankets to sleep on top of bedding. Breakfast included consisted of dry cereal in a container or a mini mini cinnamon roll. Only 1 item allowed. And the milk was a gallon jug thst was almost gone and I would not want or trust shared Milk
