I gave my information and was assigned someone to help me with my claim, spoke to her twice and have yet have I been able to get in contact again. 5 months ago I submitted my documents to this office.

They don’t always have the answers to my questions on how to get something service connected and sure they can spout regulations fine but they don’t help you to increase your rating with other disabilities. They just help you put in whatever medical evidence / slop you have and don’t give you any ideas on how to improve the claim other than basic stuff I can search on google. Dissatisfied. And yeah I worked with one person and they were always on leave, then went to another who also went on leave frequently, and everything came back denied and she was unhelpful with next steps

Best to sign up with https://www.ebenefits.gov/ and file your claim through them. The website which is run by the DOD also provides you with all the info/links you need on how to file and how to go about selecting a VSO.
