I went there for finger printing/live scan. They charged me twice. Thankfully I checked my transaction and was able to call the credit cards to get the refund. It’s been a month that I finished the livescan and my employer did not get the report yet. I will not recommend this place.

beyond rude. I called asking for a package and the guy said, "called these 4 numbers"... what phone number has 4 digits in?! Then he hung up. Take your business somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible. We paid over $150 for DHL international 2 day shipping. It's been over a week and the recipient has received nothing! Instead of providing compensation, the owner yelled at us when we confronted him. On top of that they are VERY slow and casual. My advice is to stay far away from this place. It's worth the extra miles to find another shipping company than to waste your time at this outdated establishment.
