The worse. I put s claim in on Friday and sn scheduled for Monday to get windshield replaced. I arrived early for my appointment they informed me they ordered incorrect windshield. I'm rescheduled for Wednesday they take all day to get to me despite office being up the road and to make it right with what occurred Monday. This is the second time they have done this. They won't get a 3rd chance. Lastly they damaged my wipers which were brand new.

The service provided sucks! And why do they have a phone number listed and when you call, you’re unable to even speak with them? Calling, calling, calling and no response. All there is is an automated system and it’ll not transfer you to get the help you need. Unable to get a rep to speak with- yet it says they are open. 😏

Can you remove and reuse inspection and vehicle registration on the inside of the replacement window? Do I have to get new stickers? Thank you.

As a Technician, yes it can be removed but there is a chance that it can void out. If that's the case some techs like myself carry forms for new inspections, you fill it out and send a $2 money order with the form to the DMV to receive the new inspection

Referral # 479877 I have appointment for June 12th at 10;00 and I was told Safelite will come to my home with windshield, but email says I should go to office. I cannot drive to office. Is repairman coming to my home?

I think it starts at $250 depending on the make and model of your car. Their website allows you to bet an estimate when you enter your car info. If you have glass insurance you just pay the deductible which I think most are around $50.

Average time is about and hour to an hour and 15 minutes start to finish. It does depend on the vehicle. Some have more to take a part then others. Thank you!
