I was told my pizza would be delivered in around 30 minutes. It’s been over an hour and ten minutes and no pizza. The will not answer phone either. One large pizza was 22 dollars.

Wish I could put a minus star! In their defense upper management must be really bad. I spent more time than I care to admit trying to get customer service to help me😡🤬. It's okay 👍. We have several pizza places in Michigan city that actually appreciate their customers

The Domino’s on Franklin Street store number 2622 have Rude staff! Someone called me and said “we’re out of pasta” so I decided to replace it with one pizza. Sure give use medium pizza thin crust with bacon and ham. It was the wrong pizza! And when I called to inform them of there mistake. I was called hun way too many times. Rushed Couldn’t even get my sentence out. Was issues a credit, fast by a rude mouth girl. Then she hung up on! Not acceptable you will not get any more of my business and I’m calling the manager and corporate. At least apologize and lose the attitude when it’s your mistake. ZERO STARS IS WHAT YOU DESERVE!

I've had 3 orders that have never been delivered and my money stolen. And now they gave me someone else's order and I can't even get mine!! Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering. The service is officially trash.
