Mercedes came through with an allocation for me when no other Florida dealer could. She walked me through the process from start to finish, with contact via phone, text and email, sometimes on her days off!! (I wish she would leave her work at work when she leaves for the day). The finance manager is just an awesome, down-to-earth, great guy. They get a bad wrap as a profession, but this man is a straight shooter. On delivery day, they got me out the door with keys in hand super fast. I can easily recommend Porsche West Broward to anyone in the market for a new Porsche. One small criticism is the lack of remote signing and delivery to your door. Add this, and this dealership would be the model of perfection. Thanks again!
