The place is super disorganized. My daughter had appointment for professional makeup and hair more than 6 weeks ago. I confirmed 3 times about the time, day and service. They never called her for her hair session. She missed her hair style for school pictures. Very shame on the service provided. Never come back again there.

One of the worst Ulta’s in South Florida. The customer service is terrible if you’re a minority and no one seems to know what they are doing here. I’m never greeted when I come but the workers stare at me the entire time as if I’m going to steal the entire store. I’ve been platinum for 2+ years. They don’t offer help and suck at pick up orders. My last curbside order I didn’t receive majority of the items and instead of actually checking the bag, the manager gave it to me and wrote it off in the system. I had to call the store several times to fix this and the only solution they could give me is refunding my items. They couldn’t process a refund without me coming in the store with COVID to return the products. I didn’t go in for the safety of myself and others so I took that $80 loss. If you want to be in and out don’t even look at this location. I’ll never shop here again and karma has a list.

Amazing Customer service. Friendly and helpful employees. Especially recommend Catalina. She is super knowledgeable, professional and experienced. I really appreciated all her time and advices dhe gave me. I came in to buy a face powder but they didn't have my color and Catalina not only found a replacement but she solved a lot of other issues i had with my make up. I walked out with a full bag of a new cosmetic which i am enjoying now every morning. Catalina shared her knowledge with me and gave me a lot of tips on my daily make up. I am working outside in a heat so i needed a cosmetic tgat can handle that and can last all day. Anyway Catalina is awesome if you need anything go to Catalina.

My aunt drove down from Port Saint Lucie to take me shopping for my birthday. We went to ULTA because I wanted hair products and hair accessories. Mae helped us and was very sweet. The 2 stars is because when it was time to check out, the cashiers were not welcoming at all and pretty rude. My aunt spend over $350 and has a credit card with ULTA. She wasn’t even given the chance to use any points she has. She asked the cashier if she gets any samples or treats because of the amount she spent, since in Port Saint Lucie she always gets a little something every time she spends money there. The cashier walked away while my aunt was speaking to her to get the manager and when she came over she just reached under the counter and handed my aunt a single packet of a lotion sample. It’s not about the sample but because of the hospitality which we weren’t given.
