Where to begin? I was coming from naples to west palm beach,on the highway my minivan started to shake horribly,i stoped at two different tire places neither of them want to even check the car with the excuse that they have only one mechanic and the other one told me they close at 5 so it was no way they check on my car! It was 2:38 pm on Sunday. Well i had previously good experience at pep boys before and i look the one closer. The one in Davie in university dr. Vladimir greet it us,we explained that we have to drive all the way to west palm. It was 3:20 pm he willingly check on the tires and explained that my two front tires were in bad shape,he said the will change them. They were busy,like 10 cars on parking and a few others inside the garage. He didn't even mention they close at 5 also. Is 4:20 pm we just left the store with my new tires,not shaking car and at peace that my 58 minutes or so drive will be safe. I can't thank you enough Vladimir and the mechanics that work on it! Have a blessed life!

I am a volunteer with the Red Cross and I lost one of my wiper blades. I went into the shop and met George. George really helped me out getting my item through a purchase order. He was professional and had a great attitude!

Wow. After being bounced by other shops cause they didn't have my lug nuts key I finally landed here, where Scott and Tom went out of their way to try their keys in my car, and were able to help me change my tire with my size key that they DID have. Vladimir at the front is super nice and helpful as well, it feels like they're all a small family here and they treat you as such. However I will say. There's no AC in this store and that is simply unacceptable in a South Florida summer! It's easily 100 degrees in there. I was melting! Thank God the staff made my stay so pleasant. But management really needs to do something about the AC. It's impossible to spend even as little as 10 minutes in this place!

My mom and I got a flat on Mother’s Day. George and the staff were so kind to us as we waited nearly 4 hours for the tow truck to arrive. George immediately checked if the tire was in stock and got us in and out of there as soon as the car arrived. Thank you!
