The guy working was awesome! He had my daughters iPhone fixed within 20 minutes. She had a cracked screen and water damage, and we thought we’d have to pay full price to buy a new phone because water nullified the warranty. Thank the world for this shop and their awesome customer service.

Monday, I dropped my iPhone Xs and shattered its screen. Anyone who has done the same, knows just how devastating that can be. I called We Fix It twice that evening to get information on a repair. Levi could not have been more helpful and patient with my questions. Tuesday morning, I was at their door when they opened. Rich was extremely accommodating and helpful. Both Levi and Rich were reassuring to me and offered me a detailed description of the service they could provide. Rich was able to fix my phone in relatively no time. It really is like brand new again. I cannot thank you enough! This was a first for me, and my heart broke when I saw the initial spider-web crack in the screen. I would certainly recommend We Fix It.

Replacement of cracked i-phone screen was quick (1/2-hour), although they seemed to be unaware that I would be coming in for the appointment I booked online. Young man at the counter asked for my passwords to be able to test apps after the repair; I refused and reminded him he shouldn't ask for passwords. Then I tested the apps when I picked the phone up.
