We arrived to pick up our take out order and they took our name down wrong & couldn’t find our order at first. Then when I mentioned the breadsticks we ordered, they said they didn’t put it in. One of the employees at the front desk was laughing about it. They didn’t offer to give us them they said they would “add them”. Very disrespectful cashiers and the manager was extremely aggressive. Will never order from this jets again.

"Only accepting scheduled online orders" but closed at 3pm on a Sunday. This is the 3rd time I haven't been able to order in mid afternoon. Jets shouldn't allow this site to operate under their name
