I purchased a window motor thinking It was a easy fix but seemed harder then expected. Once I found a mechanic to fix it, he said he had the part and I could return the one I had purchased from Apple valley oriley. I called in advance to see if bringing this type of part back was ok, and they said that was fine. I walked in and was automatically judged by the employees before even asking for help. I proceeded to try and return this part but the store’s manager rudely told me the part was used and they can’t accept it, I never installed/used this part at all. I continued to tell them that and was told to never come back because I was trying to “scam” them whilst the screws and everything was in box. The manager had no respect for his employees or customers, he needs to be fired. Nobody else needs to encounter the racism I endured yesterday, If I could give NO stars I would

I went Into the store to get a battery for my car. I sat and watched the store manager “John” argue with a customer very unprofessionally, being rude laughing at the customer, telling the customer that there’s nothing he can do because his “DM” 100 % had his back and with any of his decisions. Also that with the shortage of employees he wasn’t going anywhere. After the customer left, he was arguing and talking about the customer to his coworkers . Made me feel uncomfortable and I walked out . With a store manager like John representing the store as he did, O’reilly lost a customer today . Hope you can get better staff .

If they can readily get to the bulbs they will replace them. Most of my vehicles the did, one they said they couldn't get to it. I think it depends on who's there on how much work they will perform.

Covid practices are based on the CDC and Local guidelines. At this point masks, washing hands frequently and keeping a distance to the best of the ability of everyone.
